I'm not selling you the idea that I'm some genetic freak or that I had a perfect setup. I had a night shift, a beat-up bar, and a rack in a room that got cold in winter. I figured out what actually moves the bench — not what looks good on paper, but what works when you're running on five hours of sleep and a twelve-hour shift in your legs.
15 months. That's it. From where most guys start to 315 on the bar. I'm 27. I'm still in it. And I built a system that gets you there without waiting for the perfect conditions that are never coming anyway.
